Awarded to Emerging Cell Leaders (ECL) who have stayed committed to the business for a minimum of 3 years (3 years to 4 years 11 months) as at September 30th, 2026.
💡 Note: If you are an ECL but not up to 3 years consistently, you will receive an ECL sash, but not a Silver lapel pin. You will be upgraded the moment you clock 3 years.
Awarded to Cell Leaders who have stayed up to 5 years in the business consistently (5 years to 9 years 11 months) as at September 30th, 2026.
💡 Rule 1: Cell leaders between 3–5 years receive Silver lapel & Cell Leader sash, upgrading to Gold upon clocking 5 years.
💡 Rule 2: 5+ years without being a Cell Leader does not qualify for Gold until leadership status is attained.
Awarded to those who are 10 years with us in the business and are at least a Cell Leader.
💡 Note: If you are 10 years but not yet a cell leader, you will receive the Diamond Member Sash, upgrading to the Diamond Lapel Pin the moment you become a Cell Leader.

Day One, Day Two & Envoy Ensembles
Attendees are expected to adhere strictly to the designated anniversary dress codes. Envoy and participant outfit configurations (Day One, Day Two, or Both) must be specified during registration for proper seating and material allocation.
